10th March - Fishery will reopen 1st April. One or two vacancies still open. FLYFISH 10 takes place at Park Fishery 7th-9th April. Come and have a free 30 minute casting lesson. Powder Mills 10/03/2010
10th March - Fishing very well to marabou based patterns at around 4ft depth. A dry and often sunny week, although still cool, saw fish staying deep, the week producing 29 fish for the seven days to 7th March. 7lb 8oz rainbow for Andrew C Smith (20th Feb) to a Black BFD; 10lb 4oz rainbow for Mr S Solomon (20th Feb) to an Orange Diver. 7lb rainbow for Mr Gooderham (5th Feb) on a Damsel Nymph. Best patterns have been Cats Whiskers , the Blue Flash Damsel and the Black Blue Flash Damsel. Each angler must start with a minimum of 4 fish tickets. REMEMBER - Last month to fish off 2009/10 fish tickets
 
Syon 10/03/2010
10th March: At last some dry weather with 177 fish taken last week. Best catch was 10lb for David Sinden, 9lb 9oz for Greg Basire and 8lb 2oz for Tony Kirby. Fish continue to take Cats Whisker, Blue Flash Damsel and Montanas at depth, especially in the margins. Just keep moving to find most productive spots. Despite some dry weather banks are still pretty wet in places; please bring wellies. Church Street (by London Apprentice) is still closed, access to the Park from the north end of Park Road only. The car park at Syon is currently the subject of a 6 month reconstruction. Fishery access will be maintained at all times but be prepared to follow some signs for parking and access during the works. Anglers must have 4 fish tickets for a full day or 2 per half day (either side of 1pm).REMEMBER - LAST MONTH TO FISH OFF 2009/10 FISH TICKETS.
 
Vale End 10/03/2010
10th March - Fishing very well mostly to damsel and deep buzzer patterns. Some excavation work to banks last week on Belmount Lake, please take care whilst fishing around the top end of the lake. Vale End produced 84 trout caught in the fishing week up to 7th March, a dry week for a change, often sunny, but a cool easterly blowing as high pressure took charge. 4 fish bags for Peter White, Mr Codling and Mr R Holt. Best patterns - Cats Whisker, White Fritz, Blue Flash Damsel - in Olive or Black, Diawl Bach. 9lb rainbow to Pippa Lindley on 6th Feb. Four tickets to start your day now. River beats will be reopening on 1st April. REMEMBER - Last month to fish off 2009/10 fish tickets.
 
Weston 10/03/2010
10th March - All lakes open and fishing well to Blue Flash Damsels in olive or black. Also worth trying Cats Whisker and Montana. Weston produced 111 fish for the week ending 7th March. 6 fish bags for Adrian Berry and Tony Hill. 10lb 8oz rainbow for Marc Cox (5th Feb) on a Black BFD. 10lb 8oz rainbow for Mr Marryat (6th Feb) from Wood Lodge Pool on an Orange Nymph. 9lb 4oz rainbow for Andrew Smith (6th Feb) on a Black BFD. Albury waters produced a fish catch total of 221 in the week to 7th March. Four tickets to start your day now. REMEMBER - Last month to fish off 2009/10 fish tickets.
